Customer Service & After Care

Following handover of the main project, we have a dedicated division (Customer Services) to provide after care service and with the ability to easily install those minor items of work which are inevitably found necessary after occupation has taken place.

Completion documentation also forms part of this process and we endeavour to provide fully detailed and complete documentation upon handover.

This document is a comprehensive Operating and Maintenance manual, containing:

• Record drawings (CAD and paper copies)
• Testing and Commissioning Data
• Data cabling management (computer programme based)
• Health & Safety File (under CDM regulations)
• Building Control and Planning Approval as appropriate
• Maintenance instructions and warranties.

During the project, Pacific produce a detailed construction programme to assist with time management. This will enable you to make clear and quick decisions regarding any issues that occur during the course of the construction works. This schedule will:

• Bring clarity to the time you need to invest in the various stages of the fit-out process – we aim to be flexible so we can work around your business needs and requirements;

• Assist the Client/Pacific team in making decisions regarding time related issues, such as pre-ordering of materials and procurement times; allow “what-if” scenarios to be analysed and developed – this is especially valuable when planning works within occupied areas; highlight when key decisions have to be made to maintain the agreed completion dates;

• Monitor progress in a graphic way to ensure changes, as well as the implications of that change, are clearly understood by you; and indicate key installation dates whilst the construction works are in progress.

Pacific Interiors incorporates a small works division, which continues the relationship created from the main contract.

We provide a fast track service for the minor projects such as removal or re-erection of partitioning, installing new sockets or fixing door handles.  We can also provide invaluable space planning and expertise for future office alterations that may be required for the expansion of your business
