This will enable you to make clear and quick decisions regarding any issues that occur during the course of the construction works. This schedule will:

Bring clarity to the time you need to invest in the various stages of the fit-out process – we aim to be flexible so we can work around your business needs and requirements;

Assist the Client/Pacific team in making decisions regarding time related issues, such as pre-ordering of materials and procurement times; allow “what-if” scenarios to be analysed and developed – this is especially valuable when planning works within occupied areas; highlight when key decisions have to be made to maintain the agreed completion dates;

Monitor progress in a graphic way to ensure changes, as well as the implications of that change, are clearly understood by you; and indicate key installation dates whilst the construction works are in progress.
