Our Challenge
After completing a high quality design and fitting-out project at 52-53 Conduit Street back in 2004. DK Partners invited Pacific to discuss their relocation/expansion plans to a new flagship office space at 10 Old Burlington Street.
Our Approach
The brief for Pacific was to create a quality office space with a look and feel similar to their New York office. A structured approach was required to the management of all technical issues associated with this office such as the mechanical and electrical alterations and additions. The design and scope needed to be developed quickly due to a short exclusivity period on their lease and many fabrics and finishes had to be matched with existing samples.
Our Results
Pacific was able to accomodate the client's design brief and create a leading edge trading floor with a quality reception area, boardroom, meeting and support facility.
