Our Challenge
Sterling International Brokers desired a headquarters that was visually clean and contemporary but which also communicated their driving ethos - differentiation. A busy dealing area, the 'engine room' was to be accommodated; as well as a meeting suite which also functions daily as a fine dining hospitality facility.Our Approach
A clean, simple palette of white glass, rich dark Wenge veneers, leathers and cool ceramic tiles were used. These frame the great views of The Royal Artillery Ground, one of the best green spaces in the City, which serves as a backdrop to the boardroom and senior staff offices. Great care was taken to understand the way dealers communicated with each other and the sight lines and voice contact they needed with the full time board makers who constantly revise the financial information on the surrounding white boards.A kitchen was provided to professional catering standards to enable the full time chef to provide high end food to the meeting room suite. A bold furniture choice in reception contrasts the minimal architecture of reception.
